Joiner's workshop

All sub-elements in the workshop are prepared in the joinery at the 3rd floor in the workshop. It is here that the processed wood elements are assembled to finished furniture - frames for sofas, armchairs and e.g. the Faaborg Chair which is produced in small batches at different intervals. The sides for the bookcase system, designed by Mogens Koch, is also assembled here, wedged and provided with back cover. For the cabinets designed by Mogens Koch the doors are carefully fitted to each individual cabinet and lock and key pin is carefully assembled.
